MAIL ordering & delivery policy

ORDERING & SHIPPING TIMES

AUSTRALIA wide shipping using Australia Post Express Post. Tracking number provided upon dispatch through confirmation email. 
  • Orders received from Thursday to Sunday are shipped on Wednesday
  • Orders received from Monday to Wednesday are shipped on Friday
A flat rate of $10 is charged per mail delivery.
Specific delivery times or dates cannot be requested.
Deliveries generally take between 1-3 business days, but are dependent on the delivery company. Cookies are shipped from Sydney, so Western Australia and regional areas may take longer.

RETURNS, REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

No returns, refunds or replacements due to the nature of the product.
We will not accept any responsibility for loss related to:
  • Provision of an incorrect delivery address or insufficient details
  • Inability of the delivery driver to directly provide the product to you (where this is a requirement)
  • Attempted delivery with your failure to collect it

CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

We are unable to modify orders and have a no cancellations policy from 2 days prior to shipping day i.e.
  • 8am on the preceding Monday for orders that are shipped on Wednesday 
  • 8 am on the preceding Wednesday for orders that are shipped on Friday

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, via email at hellocookie@cookiebomb,com.au, if the item is defective, damaged or contains the wrong products, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require photos of the defect to assess the situation. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We will issue required steps via email.

PICKUP policy

We have specific pickup locations, if you would like to avoid a mailing fee. To pickup, please select the desired pickup location or for private locations, please enter the provided discount code (under the order summary), so we know which of these private locations you will be picking your COOKIEBOMBS up from. 
We take no responsibility if you fail to turn up to pick up your order. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot retain them for you to pick up at another time.
